Michelle Bravo stood naked in front of the mirror in her cabin, turning from side to side, checking her muscle tone. She was not doing so out of vanity...as a secret agent she needed to be as fit and strong as possible...and just because she had now retired did not mean that she could let herself go.
And while she had not gained any weight...well...perhaps a pound or two...her body did not have that toned look to which she was accustomed.
She knew the ship had a gym...two, in fact...she had better make it a regular practice to visit it, at least once a day.
Michelle pulled on panties, a pair of cargo shorts, a sports bra and a black t-shirt, with sleeves short enough to reveal her well-toned biceps.
No time like the present.
